Yes, you can store different brands in your profile as an agency and use them to create the corresponding assignments for each brand. This way you can keep track of the respective campaigns for all your customers.

If you go to “Create assignment” under your profile, a window will open in which you can enter all your data for the briefing for the creator.

Yes, it is possible to activate multiple profiles for your account. Invite your employees or colleagues to the stylink UGC campaign manager to manage your UGC videos together. Simply click on “Manage brand” and “Add editor”.

Under “Create Order” you can upload as much data about your product as possible. There is also the option to upload mood boards or sample videos so that the creator knows what the brand has in mind.

Once the creators have been selected for your order, the products can be sent to the creators' stored addresses. Please note that the corresponding tracking number for each order is stored at stylink UGC so that the creator can monitor the shipment.

We attach great importance to transparency throughout the entire process and want to give creators the confidence that orders with seriousness can be found on the stylink UGC platform.

Our payment to the creator is always made after the complete process - this means that as soon as you have accepted the content via the campaign manager, the creator can request payment of the remuneration from us.

When creating an order, you have the option of choosing between credit card payment and direct debit. This information is saved in your user profile so that a payment method is selected for future orders.

UGC helps to increase the reach and visibility of a brand. In addition, UGC can be used to improve search engine optimization (SEO) because it provides additional content that is relevant to search engines and can be indexed in the Google search network.

Each content creator applies for your job with an application video (UGC video) in which you can see how the creator promotes a product and how he or she looks in front of the camera. In addition to the video, we share the creator's first name with you to ensure the transparency of the entire process.

At stylink UGC, communication only takes place via the briefing for the individual orders. If you want to advertise a physical product, you can select this in your order and will receive further information such as clothing sizes or similar from the creator as soon as they apply.

If the creator has any questions about your briefing, they should contact us and we may get back to you. For this reason, make your briefing as precise as possible, but please limit yourself to specific instructions if these are important for the implementation of your advertising video.

We pre-screen all content creators before they can become active on the stylink UGC platform. The content produced also goes through the stylink UGC team and can only be found in your campaign overview afterwards.

The content creator transfers the rights to his own video with the consent of the terms and conditions.

Any artists’ social security contributions that may arise as part of an order will be covered by stylink UGC.
