We are not authorized to provide tax information. Your income must always be included in your tax return. However, the self-employed income of creators is often below certain income limits, so that in most cases no company has to be registered. If you receive money from us, you will receive corresponding confirmations of your income.

No, you don't need a social media account. All you need for stylink UGC is an application video that shows you as a content creator. Your video should show brands how you present products and act in front of the camera. The higher quality your video is, the easier it will be for you to work with your favorite brands.

Collaborations often sell out quickly, which is why we recommend activating the push notifications to make sure you don't miss anything. If you have any requests or suggestions for interesting cooperation partners, please let us know via the chat.

Your videos will be rated by your cooperation partner after a cooperation has been completed. Pay attention to the quality and punctuality of your videos to get the best possible rating and build up a good portfolio for further collaborations. You can find the feedback and rating in your profile settings at any time.

All products will be sent directly to your specified address. We recommend that you check your address before each application to ensure that you receive the products.

As a stylink UGC Creator, you receive up to €200 remuneration for a promotional video. In general, the more wishes the brand integrates into the briefing, the higher your remuneration. You will find the corresponding remuneration for each order in the stylink UGC app.

A Premium Creator is characterized by the above-average quality of their videos. Brands can book jobs purely for Premium Creators. These are also only visible to Premium Creators.

If you create high-quality content and your ratings are above average, you can become a Premium Creator. We, the stylink UGC team, check this regularly and automatically give you an update for your profile.

The timeline for your uploads is displayed for all applications. It's best to make a note of your completion date in your calendar so that you don't forget it.

If you request your payout Monday to Friday by midday, we will instruct your payout within 3 bank working days. When the money is in your account depends on your bank. If you request your payout on a Saturday or Sunday, we will take care of it the following week.

There may not currently be any jobs that match your profile, but this can change from day to day. Check the app regularly and, above all, activate your push notification, because then you will be notified of new jobs and can apply directly.

No, you do not need to enter your bank details in advance. We only need them when you want to receive your payment.
